Uses for Juniper Berry Essential Oil

• Add a drop or two to water or citrus drinks.
• Apply one drop to promote a clear, healthy looking complexion. Add a drop to your moisturiser as a daily skin toner.
• Diffuse with citrus oils to freshen and purify the air and provides a balancing and calming aroma.

How to use it

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Food additive use: Add 1 or 2 drops to food.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. See additional cautions below.
