• Add a drop of the oil to your favourite facial cleanser, soap or body wash for powerful cleansing properties.
• Combining Douglas Fir with Bergamot, Wild Orange or Lemon Essential Oil in a diffuser will freshen the air, can uplift your mood and promote a sense of focus.
• Combine Douglas Fir with two to three drops of Eucalyptus in the Essential Oil Diffuser or rub this into your palms and inhale deeply for easy breathing.
• Mix Douglas Fir Essential Oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil and one or two drops of Wintergreen Essential Oil for a relaxing massage.
