Cypress Essential Oil

Cypress Essential Oil is extracted from the branches of the tall evergreen. The botanical name means ‘ever-living’. It is often added to soaps, perfumes and in anti-ageing skin care products. The astringent properties of the constituent cedrol tones the skin.

It can be applied topically to your face and body when diluted with Fractionated Coconut Oil or your favorite moisturizer.  Never use pure essential oils undiluted.

Suggested uses

• Blend Cypress and Grapefruit Essential Oils with Fractionated Coconut Oil for an invigorating massage.
• Diffuse with Lime Essential Oil for a revitalizing aroma.
• Add a drop or two to your daily toner to assist with the appearance of your skin.
• Add a drop or two to Fractionated Coconut Oil and rub on your chest before gardening to enliven your senses.
• Apply to feet and legs before a long run for an energising aromatic boost.

Topical use

Dilute with a carrier oil or moisturizer to minimise any skin sensitivity.
